Management System Gap Assessment:

The gap assessment of your quality, environmental or any other ISO management system will identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities to drive improvements in:

  • Cost of maintenance of the management system,
  • The structure of the documentation system,
  • Process interactions,

The process:
Depending on the size of your company and the management system, the gap assessment may take between two and three days. We will examine the quality of your documents against the twenty-seven wastes and deficiencies in typical procedures. We will report our findings and opportunities using our Lean-O-Meter.

The deliverables:
You will receive a detailed gap assessment report that includes:

  • Highlights and lowlights,
  • Priorities and focus areas,
